 20 g dark roasted coffee beans
 250 ml hot water

Using the Breville Smart Grinder Pro grind your coffee beans to fineness between Coarse and Medium, it should have the texture of sea salt.

Use a scale and place the dripper over your cup. Place a filter in the dripper.

Add in your ground coffee and make sure it is level.

Using 60ml of water, slowly start your first pour using a spiral pattern from the outside edge of the coffee heading to the center. It should last around 15 seconds start to finish and let your coffee rest for 30 seconds. This is called the Blooming phase.

For your second pour, use the same spiral pattern and make sure every part of the coffee is saturated with water. Use roughly 90ml of water.

On your third pour, do the same spiral pattern in a slow pace using 90-100ml of water. Serve hot.
