 30 ml double ristretto shot
 15 ml bourbon caramel syrup
 20 g european dark chocolate
 150 ml steamed milk
 Ice cubes
 Cocoa powder

Make a double ristretto shot using the Breville Espresso machine.

Steam the milk to enhance the sweetness.

Build on glass (ice first, pour mixture or european dark choco and bourbon caramel, pour the steam milk and separate the foam on top, garnish with cocoa powder).
