If you’re looking for an excellent homemade appetizer or a side dish, then this is the perfect recipe for you. Instead of being deep-fried, you can lighten it up by air frying it - definitely a must-try for your next dinner party!

 0.25 kg shrimp, peeled and deveined
 0.5 cup All Purpose Flour
 3 piece Eggs, raw
 0.25 cup Vegetable Oil
For breadcrumb:
 1 cup breadcrumbs
 1 tbsp Cumin powder
 1 tbsp onion powder
 1 tbsp garlic powder
 0 n/a pinch of salt and pepper
For garlic yoghurt sauce:
 0.5 cup yoghurt
 4 piece garlic cloves, mashed
 0 n/a Sea Salt
 2 tbsp Olive oil
 soft tortilla
For the fixings
 Arugula
 white onion, sliced
 feta cheese, crumbled
 cilantro, picked

Create the breadcrumb mixture by combining the fine breadcrumbs, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.

In a separate bowl, toss the shrimp in the seasoned flour. Individually drench the floured shrimp into the beaten egg mixture, and transfer into the spiced breadcrumbs to coat thoroughly.

Preheat the Air Fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit or 205 deg Celsius and set the timer to 5 minutes.

Assemble the breaded shrimp into the air frying basket of the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer in a single layer. Drizzle with a very thin stream of oil, and Air fry for 5 minutes.

To make the garlic yoghurt: Pulse together the yoghurt, garlic, salt and a drizzle of olive oil in the Breville Blender.

To assemble: Slather the Tortilla with the greek yoghurt sauce.

Add a healthy topping of arugula, sliced onions, and pile the shrimp popcorn over the top.

Crumble the feta cheese over the wrap, and garnish with a sprinkling of cilantro. Enjoy!

Air Fried Popcorn Shrimp Wraps with Garlic Greek Yoghurt
