 2 tbsp instant coffee
 2 tbsp Sugar, granulated
 2 tbsp Hot Water
 6 tbsp Ice Cream, vanilla
 4 tbsp Chocolate Syrup
 2 tbsp Milk Chocolate, chopped

In the bowl of Breville mixer, Add hot water, instant coffee, and sugar.

Turn the dial into Aerate function and whip for 2 mins on high speed.

Scoop the chocolate syrup into two glasses, add ice cream and another layer of chocolate syrup.
