 1 piece radish
 4 tbsp liquid aminos
 2 tbsp Honey
 0.5 tsp organic liquid smoke
 3 tbsp Sea Salt
 1 tsp Black Pepper Crushed
 1 tsp Paprika, ground
 0.25 cup Olive oil

Wash the radish thoroughly and peel the skin. Using a peeler, strip the raddish all the way down to get a wider piece.

Lay the radish strips into a baking pan with kitchen towel. sprinkle salt into the radish (to draw out the moisture) and leave it for 15 mins.

In a bowl, combine liquid aminos, honey, paprika, liquid smoke and pepper. Mis until well combined.

Marinade the radish strips into the mixture for about 15 mins. Preheat Breville Oven to 180 Deg C.

Once the seasonings are soaked up in the radish, lay it flat on the baking pan and brush the the radish strips with olive oil. Bake for 10 mins under 180 Deg C.

If you want it crispy, extend another 3 mins in the oven. Once cooked serve it with eggs and bread.
