
Dilute salt in warm water.
Attach kneading hook on Breville Scraper Mixer Pro™.
Put Masa Harina in the mixing bowl.
Then slowly add water to the mixing bowl.
Switch to Knead setting, knead until well incorporated.
Take it out in the mixing bowl, wrap it with cling warp. Then let it rest for at least 10 minutes.
Then shape each into a ball (130g of dough) then press into tortilla press.
Heat the deep fryer, then deep fry.
