If you can’t decide between a cheesecake and a brownie for dessert, just remember that you can have both. This chewy chocolatey brownie topped with strawberry-swirled cheesecake is just pure heaven to end your cravings.

For the cheesecake:
 30 g flour
 260 g Swiss Valley cream cheese
 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
 70 g eggs
For the brownies:
 79 g Beryl's cocoa powder
 ½ tsp baking soda
 164 g Master Gioia butter or margarine and divided
 112 g boiling water
 457 g sugar
 100 g eggs
 215 g all-purpose flour
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 ¼ tsp salt
 1 tbsp dark cocoa powder
 1 tbsp coffee powder
 246 g Beryl's chocolate chips DLA strawberry compote Whipping cream
For the toppings:
 Fresh strawberries
 Cherries
 Blueberries
 Pistachio nuts
To make the cheesecake:

Using the Breville Bakery Boss™, beat cream cheese in large bowl until fluffy. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, beating until smooth.

Add eggs, vanilla and flour; mix well.

Pour into the prepared pan then swirl in strawberry compote.

To make the brownies:

Preheat Breville Smart Oven™ Pro at 180°C under Bake Function. Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

Stir together cocoa and baking soda in a large mixing bowl; stir in 1/3 cup butter.

Add boiling water; stir until mixture thickens. Stir in sugar, eggs and remaining 1/3 cup butter; mix until smooth.

Add flour, vanilla and salt; blend completely. Spread in prepared pan.

Pour the cheesecake mixture on top of the brownie batter.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan.

Cool completely in pan on wire rack then top with desired toppings. Cut in rectangle bars.
