Spicy Crabstick Crispy Rice

 2 cup White Rice, cooked
 1 tsp Sugar, refined
 1 tsp mirin
 0.5 tsp Sesame oil
 Vegetable Oil
 5 piece crabstick
 1 tsp Soy sauce
 2 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
 1 tsp gochujang
 4 piece Nori Sheets
 Parsley

In a bowl, mix day old rice, white sugar, mirin and sesame oil until well combined.

Using a container, place the day old rice and lay it out flat. Place in the fridge for 15 mins to set.

When set, cut the rice into 2x2 inch, spray it with oil and Air fry using the Breville Oven (200 Deg C) for 8-10 mins.

Slice crab sticks and nori wrapper into thin strips.

In a bowl mix sliced crab sticks, gochujang paste, japanese mayo and soy sauce.

Once the rice is done in the oven, assemble it by putting crab stick mixture on top.

Garnish with sliced nori strips and chopped parsley.
