 80 g tomatoes
 20 g Vegetable, Garlic Peeled
 1 pc Medium, White Onions (minced)
 5 g Spice, Spanish Paprika
 5 g Pepper, Cayenne
 5 g Cumin powder
 5 g Sea Salt
 3 g Spice, Black Pepper Crushed
 2 piece Eggs, raw
 15 g Herb, Parsley
 3 ml Oil, Olive Regular

Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan on medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook for 5 minutes or until the onion becomes translucent.

Add garlic and spices and cook an additional minute.

Pour the can of tomatoes and juice into the pan and break down the tomatoes using a large spoon. Season with salt and pepper and bring the sauce to a simmer.

Transfer the simmered tomatoes into two bowls. Use your large spoon to make small wells in the sauce and crack the eggs into each well.

In a pre heated Breville Smart Oven Pro, bake the shakshuka for 10 mins under 175 Deg C.

Once done, garnish it with chopped parsley and serve with toasted bread. Serve hot.
