 15 ml butterscotch syrup
 1 g Cinnamon Powder
 1 g Crushed grahams
 1 g Salt, Iodized

Using the steam wand of your Breville Bambino Plus, heat the milk mixture to 65–70°C (150–160°F).
Texture the milk to create a silky microfoam.

Prepare the Espresso

Extract a single shot of espresso (30 ml) directly into your serving glass.

Assemble the Drink

Pour in a layer of butterscotch syrup, followed by the freshly brewed espresso shot.
Gently pour the steamed milk, holding back the microfoam with a spoon.

Spoon the remaining microfoam on top.
