Roasted Pork Belly Ramen

 200 g pork belly (liempo), sliced into 1 -inch thickness
 2 piece egg, soft-boiled
 1 pack instant noodles (shin ramyun)
 2 piece Nori Sheets
 1 piece crabstick
 1 piece green onion, stalk
 1 tbsp Soy sauce
 1 tbsp Honey (local)
 0.5 tsp yellow mustard
 1 tsp Sesame oil

In a bowl mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and yellow mustard. Brush the mixture into the sliced pork belly.


Preheat Breville Oven to 180 Deg C.


Place the glazed pork belly into an oiled baking pan and roast for 12-15 mins under 180 Deg C.


Transfer the ramen into a bowl, add the roasted pork belly slices, soft boiled eggs, sliced nori sheets, crabstick and garnish with green onions. Enjoy!
