You won’t believe how easy it is to cook your own leg of lamb and serve it for your ultimate Sunday roast.

 1 piece Leg of Lamb
 60 ml Olive oil
 15 g freshly chopped rosemary
 3 g Rock Salt
 2 g Black Pepper Crushed
 20 g garlic clove, minced
 Spice, Spanish Paprika

Marinate the leg of lamb with olive oil, finely chopped garlic, rock salt, crushed black pepper, paprika and freshly chopped rosemary and place in your fridge overnight.

Preheat the Smart Oven Air Fryer to 350 deg F.

Place the lamb into the preheated oven and roast until it reaches an internal temperature of 135 degrees F for medium doneness. Around 1 hour and 30 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes or until desired doneness.

Let it rest 15 minutes before slicing.
