Enjoy the taste of your favorite red velvet cake in a hot chocolate form including a whipped cream topping that tastes like frosting.

 0.5 cup hot chocolate
 0.5 cup full cream milk
 0.3 tsp Food coloring, red
 3 tbsp red velvet syrup
 3 tbsp Whipped cream, UHT
 0.5 tsp red sprinkles

Using the Breville espresso machine, steam half cup of full cream milk.

Pour prepared hot chocolate into a glass. Mix 1/4 tsp of food coloring to the steamed milk.

Pour the steamed milk into the glass of coffee, add red velvet syrup and topt it with whipped cream and red sprinkles. Serve.
