
Slice the queso de bola into thin chips, make sure you take off the red wax coating.
Pre-heat Breville Oven to 205 Deg C.
Lay flat the sliced cheese into the Breville Air-fry basket and air-fry it for 7 mins.
Whille cooking, pepare the sauce. In a bowl mix honey, mayonnaise, mustard and sriracha sauce until well combined. Transfer it into a ramekin.
Once the queso de bola chips are cooked and cispy, transfer it into a plate, garnish with chopped parsley and serve it together with the sauce. Enjoy!
