Many of us will surely love the Autumn season more because of this warm, comforting and decadent drink made out of pumpkin and chocolate!

 2 Serving Espresso Shot
 1.5 cup full cream milk
 2 tbsp Chocolate Syrup
 4 tbsp Whipped cream, UHT
 300 g Pumpkin
 0.5 tsp Cinnamon Powder
 0.5 tsp Star Anise, ground
 0.5 tsp Ground Ginger
 0.5 tsp Nutmeg powder
 1 tsp Brown Sugar

For the Pumpkin Spiced Puree: (you can do this ahead of time) Peel the skin of the pumpkin and scoop the seeds and disregard. Slice the pumpkin into cubes.

In preheated Breville Oven (205 Deg C), Lightly drizzle oil the inside of the pumpkin cubes then place cut-side-down onto the baking sheet.

Bake until the pumpkin can easily be pierced with a fork in several places Let it cool.

Using breville blender, place the roasted pumpkin into the blender jug together with the spices and brown sugar. Blend until smooth and well incorporated.

For the Mocha: Extract 2 shots of espresso using the Breville espresso machine.

Put the chocolate syrup at the bottom of the 2 cups, add the freshly extracted espresso, 2 tsp of pumpkin spiced puree (1 tsp for each cup).

Garnish the mocha with whipped cream and sprinkle cinnamon powder on top. Serve.
