 8 Quail Eggs
 ¼ cup Butter (room temp)
 1 Lettuce
 1 Cherry Tomato (sliced into half)
 Chives (for granish)

Cut pandesal into half, using a spoon poke the center to create a crater.


Brush the pandesal with butter. Break quail eggs into the center of the pandesal and toast it for 8 mins using the Breville Smart Oven Pro
(Toast function Medium Heat).


Sprinkle chopped chives for garnish. Pair it with a side salad of lettuce and cherry tomatoes. (you add any salad dressing on the greens)
