
Using the Sear/Saute Function of the Breville Multichef ™ Initially, sauté the prawns and the asparagus, once cooked, transfer it in a bowl and set it aside.
Place the oil and sauté the onions until slightly transparent.
Add the Arborio rice and add the white wine and leave it for about 2 mins, cooking it uncovered. Add the stock and season with salt and pepper.
Change the function to Risotto and leave to cook.
Once the Warm Setting is turned on, add the asparagus and prawns.
Stir in the lemon juice and season further with salt and pepper. Serve.
