Using Breville Espresso Machine, extract 2 shots of espresso. Froth the milk using the steaming wand of the espresso machine.
Take off the shells from pistachio nuts, rough chop the nuts and set aside.
Assembly: Pour the two shots of espresso into the cups, add pistachio syrup (1 tsp each cup) then pour the textured milk into 2 cups.
Add whipped cream and garnish with chopped pistachios. Serve!
