Pancakes with Strawberries & Balsamic Vinegar

 Pulp of Red Rush Juice (beets, watermelon, strawberries)
 225 g all-purpose Flour
 5 g baking powder
 5 g Baking Soda
 2 g Salt
 30 g Sugar
 100 g Eggs
 ½ cup Milk
 55 g Butter
For Garnish:
 Balsamic reduction
 Strawberries
 Powdered Sugar

Combine the flour, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl

In another bowl, combine the sugar and salt

In another bowl, combine the eggs, milk and butter

Combine the egg mixture and flour mixture.

Gently add the sugar into the mixture , making sure all of it is dissolved.

Using The Breville Original ‘74™ Jaffle Maker, cook the pancakes by pouring ? cup of the mixture on each pocket.

Close the lid and let it cook.

Once done, garnish with balsamic reduction, fresh strawberries and vanilla ice cream.
