Oven Dried Beef Tapa w/ Fried Rice and Good Morning Sunshine Juice

 500 g Beef, sirloin, steak, U.S.
 0.25 cup Soy sauce
 3 tbsp Vinegar, white
 32 g Dry Goods, Brown Sugar
 30 g Sea Salt
 10 g Black Pepper Crushed
 5 piece Garlic clove
 50 ml Oil, Cannola
 15 g Herb, Parsley
 4 cup White Rice, cooked
 4 piece Garlic clove
 1 tsp Sea Salt
 60 ml Oil, Cannola
 0.5 piece Pineapple
 2 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
 0.3 piece Squash, local
 1 piece Carrot
 1 piece Celery Stalk

Wash the beef thoroughly and set aside. Prepare the marinade by combining, soy sauce, vinegar, 1 cup of water, salt, pepper and minced garlic. Submerge the beef sirloin into the marinade. Keep in the refrigerator for atleast 2 hours.

Preheat Breville oven to 200 Deg C. In an oiled baking rack, spread the marinated beef sirloin and brush some oil. Bake for 15 minutes. Transfer into a plate and garnish with parsley and garlic bits.

For the Fried Rice: In a pan, heat the oil then sauté minced garlic. add the cooked rice and salt pan fry it for 5 minutes.

For the Good Morning Sunshine Juice: Wash all the ingredients well. Remove the skin of pineapple & cut into quarter.

Process all the ingredients using the Breville juicer.

Pour into glasses and serve with oven dried beef tapa and fried rice.
