Moist Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Ganache

 2 cups All purpose flour
 1 ¾ cups Beryl's cocoa powder
 1 tbsp Dark cocoa powder
 1 tsp Coffee powder
 1 ½ tsp Baking powder
 1 ½ tsp Baking soda
 1 tsp Salt
 2 Eggs
 1 cup Milk
 ½ cup Vegetable oil
 ¼ cup Melted Butter
 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
 1 cup Warm Water

Heat Breville Smart Oven to 180 Deg C. Grease and flour 8 inch baking pan.

Using Breville bakery boss, stir to gether sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Beat on medium speed for 2 mins.

Stir in warm water (batter will be thin). Pour batter evenly into prepared pans. Bake for 40-50 mins

For the Chocolate Ganache, you'll need 250 g dark chocolate and 250 ml cream.
Finely chop the chocolate and place in a bowl.

Heat the cream in a saucepan until simmering and pour it over the chocolate; stir until smooth.

Set aside until the ganache is stiff. Pipe on top once ready.
