 2 piece ripe banana, frozen
 1 Serving Espresso Shot
 1 tbsp almond butter
 1 tbsp Honey
For toppings
 0.75 cup Cocoa powder
 1 piece ripe banana, sliced
 1 tsp Semi-sweet chocolate chips
 0.5 tsp Chia Seeds
 0.5 tsp Oats, rolled, Quick-cooking
 0.5 tsp roasted almonds

Extract 1 shot of espresso using the Breville Barista Express.

Using the Breville Blender, combine frozen bananas, almond butter, honey, cocoa powder, and 1 shot of espresso. Press the “smoothie” function and process for 2 mins.

Transfer the smoothie into a bowl, garnish with sliced bananas, semi-sweet chocolate chips, oats and chopped almonds. Serve cold and enjoy!
