 6 piece Eggs, raw
 2 tbsp All Purpose Flour
 1 piece Red Onions
 0.5 cup UHT full cream milk
 3 piece Garlic clove
 1 cup Spinach Local ( blanched)
 1 piece Bell Pepper Red
 100 g Cheese, Cheddar Block
 1 tsp Sea Salt
 0.5 tsp Black Pepper Crushed

Start by mincing onions, garlic, red bell pepper. Chop the blanched spinach.

In a bowl beat eggs, add grated cheese, chopped veggies, all purpose flour, salt, pepper then mix to combine.

Pre Heat breville Oven to 175 Deg C. Brush oil into your muffin tray. Transfer the egg mixture into the muffin tray and bake for 15 mins under 175 Deg C.

Serve with coffee and bread.
