This juice is light, refreshing and hydrating, which makes it a perfect pick for hot summer days. You get a lot of juice out of this recipe. It has good amount of water to fuel up your day.

 ½ handful malunggay
 2 pieces cucumber
 5 pieces calamansi
 3 pieces red apple
 3 slices squash
Substitution List:
 Red Apple – Pear
 Calamansi - Kamias
 Malunggay - Camote Tops

Wash all the ingredients well using Homemade Fruit & Veggie Wash*.

Remove the seed of squash. You may also opt to remove the skin of the squash if preferred. Then set aside.

Process all the ingredients using the Breville Juicer.

Pour into glasses and serve.

*Homemade Fruit & Veggie Wash: Combine 1 cup water, 1 cup white vinegar, 1 tbsp baking soda, 3-4 calamansi juice or 1 lemon in a bowl. Wait for 5-10 minutes before pouring in a spray bottle. Spray 3-5 times for every 1 liter of water in a basin or clean container. Soak fruits & veggies for 5-10 minutes. Rinse with running water.
