 50 g Banana, ripe
 150 ml Emborg, full cream milk
 15 ml condensed milk
 20 ml heavy cream, chilled
 1 ml vanilla extract
 30 ml Espresso Shot
Matcha:
 15 g Pure unsweetened Matcha Powder (Ceremonial Grade)
 60 ml hot water

Make the Banana Pudding Base

In the Breville Q blender combine:

50 g ripe banana
150 ml whole milk
20 ml heavy cream
15 ml condensed milk
1 g vanilla extract

Blend until smooth and creamy. strain if you prefer a silkier texture.

Whisk the Matcha

In a small bowl, sift 15 g matcha powder and whisk with 60 ml hot water (around 70–80°C) until fully dissolved and frothy.

Assemble the Latté

Pour the warm banana-milk mixture into a serving glass.

Gently pour the brewed espresso over it to create a subtle layer.

Top with the prepared matcha layer for a vibrant green crown.

Prepare the drink following the same procedure as the hot version. Then, assemble in a tall glass as follows:

Pour in the banana milk.

Gently layer the matcha mixture on top.

Optional: Add a shot of espresso for an extra boost.
