Mix the flour and juice pulp and chia seeds in a bowl. Form it into a ball and leave it for 15 mins. (when chia seeds absorbs the moisture from the pulp it will act as a binder)
Lay flat the juice pulp mixture into a baking pan with wax paper and bake it using the Breville Smart Oven Pro for 15 mins under 160 Deg C. Cool it down and chop it into square bites.
