Preheat the Breville Smart Oven™ Pro to 200°C under Bake Function.
In a saucepan, combine butter, water and sugar. Bring to boil then remove from heat.
Add flour then beat vigorously with wooden spoon. Return to heat then beat until mixture forms ball. Remove from heat; cool slightly.
Add eggs, beating well by hand after each addition.
Pipe the dough using biggest plain tip. Bake for about 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
Using the Breville Bakery Boss™ with the double scraper attached, mix the cream cheese and butter until smooth in texture.
Add powdered sugar and mix well.
Change attachment to wire whisk. Whip cream until stiff in texture.
Spread hazelnut on top of baked pastry.
Top with combination of dark chocolate chips and chocolate flakes
