Spread the cream cheese in the bread and top with ham and apple. Place another slice of bread on top of it, making it a sandwich.
Chefs Note: You can spread a tablespoon of butter on top of the bread for a crispier and more golden finish.

Remove once the bread are toasted to a golden brown finish.
