
Roast the pork belly in Breville Smart Oven Pro™ in 220°C for 1hour and a half.
Process the roasted pork in Breville Kitchen Wizz™ Pro together with onion, red chili, calamansi juice, hot sauce, soy sauce and chicharon.
Mix in the cheese and spread the sisig filling into the pita bread and fold it in half to make a quesadilla.
Place the quesadilla in the Breville BBQ Grill™, close the grill and let it cook for 3mins.
Cut it into quarters and serve.
