Using the Breville Barista Express, extract 2 shots of espresso. Set aside.
In a pot boil 1 cup of water and sugar mix thoroughly until well dissolved. Add-in sliced ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon powder simmer for 10 mins.
Texture the milk by steaming it using Breville barista express. In a cup of add 2 tbsp of gingerbread syrup, espresso shots and pour in steamed milk.
Pour in whipped cream on top and garnish with sprinkles. Enjoy!
