
In a mixing bowl, combine all of the spices and olive oil. rub it to the chicken let it sit for 20 mins.
Preheat Breville Smart Oven Pro (Grill Function). Spray oil in the baking pan, place the chicken thigh fillets. Grill for 10 mins on high temp. Add sliced onions, bell peppers and grill for another 10 mins.
When the chicken is done wrap it into the lettuce cups and pita bread.
Garnish with fresh salsa (separate recipe) Drizzle yogurt (optional)
