Preheat the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer for 20 mins at 190 deg C.
While waiting, cut the puff pastry dough using a round cutter then cut again a smaller size in the middle.
Place the cut out puff pastry in a preheated air fryer.
Air fry for 20 mins until golden brown color.
Decorate and dip in preferred glaze and toppings..
