Using the breville kettle, boil water.
Pour half cup of hot water into a cup with 1 tea bag of earl grey tea. Let it steep for 5 mins.
Steam milk using the steaming wand of Breville espresso machine until smooth and frothy. pour into the cup of tea.
Add brown sugar and serve hot.
