
Boil noodles in a pan, rinse with cold water and set aside.
Using the same pan, add olive oil and sautè minced garlic.Saute Qourn Chunks. Add the noodles and toss it quickly to incorporate the flavor. Add tomatoes to warm.
Assemble in the plate, add sliced avocados, lemon juice.
Sprinkle generous amount of chopped cilantro.
