A classic way to enjoy chocolates and coffee. The sweet cocoa taste from chocolates partnered with bitter-sweet tasting espresso makes this an everyday favorite.

 30 ml mocha/chocolate syrup
 1 espresso shot
 100 ml UHT milk cocoa powder, to dust

In a cup, pour in mocha/chocolate syrup. Set aside.

Using the Breville Barista Express™ Cranberry, extract espresso directly in the same cup.

Steam UHT milk until a wet cappuccino-milk consistency is achieved.

Pour into cup. Stir to combine syrup, coffee and milk.

Dust with cocoa powder. Serve hot.
