
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk and vanilla extract, egg, and oil, mix together until smooth.

Slice the remaining banana into thin slices and top it into the pancake. Drizze it with store bought chocolate sauce.
Using Breville espresso machine, extract 1 shot of espresso. Transfer into the cup then pour down hot water into the cup. Serve with banana pancakes.
