
For Garlic Roasted Salmon: in a bowl, wash the salmon fillet thoroughly. Marinade it with 1 tbsp minced garlic, salt, pepper, dried thyme, 3 tbsp calamansi juice and 1 tbsp olive oil. Chill for 1 hour.
Chop the veggies in cubes. Line up the vegiies in the baking pan. season with salt, pepper, dried thyme and olive oil.
Preheat the Breville oven to 200 Deg C. Put the salmon fillet in the baking pan together with the veggies.
Roast for 20 minutes.
For Watermelon Basil Mocktail: 4. Wash all the ingredients well. Remove the skin of watermelon and lime.
Process all the ingredients using the Breville juicer.
Pour into glasses and serve.
