Brown Sugar Bubble Tea With Sea Salt Whipped Cream

Cool down with some homemade brown sugar bubble tea. Make it yummier with sea salt whipped cream.

For Brown Sugar Syrup
 1 cup Brown Sugar
 1 cup Water
For the Bubble Tea
 2 piece black tea bags
 1 cup Water
 0.5 cup Full Cream Milk
 0.5 cup cooked boba tapioca pearls
 0.5 cup Ice cubes
 4 tbsp Whipped cream, UHT
 0.5 tsp Sea Salt

Prepare the brown sugar syrup, in a saucepan boil 1 cup of water. Once the water comes to a boil add brown sugar and stir until dissolved.

Turn your stove into low heat and let it simmer for 10-15 mins until the syrup becomes smooth and shiny.

Using the Breville compact kettle, boil 1 cup of water and pour the hot water into a glass with 2 black tea bags. Let it steep for 20 mins or until it reaches room temperature.

Assemble the drink by putting the cooked boba pearls into glasses and drizzle brown sugar syrup.

Add ice cubes, room temperature tea, milk and finish it off with whipped cream and sea salt.
