 1 tbsp crushed garlic
 2 sliced onions 
 2 tbsp grated luyang dilaw or turmeric 
 3 cups glutinous rice (malagkit)
 4 cups coconut cream (kakang gata) 
 2 cups chicken broth or water 
 ½ kg cooked chicken 
  kg cooked pork 
 1 pc chorizo de Bilbao 
 2 green & red sweet pepper 
 1 cup gisantes/ green peas 
 1 pc bay leaf 
 salt and pepper to taste

Using the Sear/Sauté function of the Breville Multi Chef™, sauté the garlic, onions and turmeric in oil.

Stir and add the glutinous rice. Pour coconut cream and water or broth into the mixture.

Season with salt and pepper to taste and bring to boil. Add bay leaf, chicken, pork and chorizo del bilbao. Change the setting to Slow Cook Low. Cover and cook until all the liquid has evaporated.

Stir slowly and add peppers and green peas. Cover again and continue cooking until done. Serve as desired.
