Brewed Coffee Popsicles with White Chocolate Dip

 2 cup Brewed Coffee
 1 cup Full Cream Milk
 4 tbsp Brown Sugar
 1 cup white chocolate chips
 0.25 cup Full Cream Milk

Brew coffee using the Breville Precision brewer. (or you can use excess brewed coffee).

In a bowl mix brewed coffee, milk and brown sugar until well incorporated.

Transfer into a silicone mold or any popsicle mold that you have. Add the stick and freeze for atleast 4 hours.

For the white chocolate dip: Fill the bottom pot with one inch water, add in the top pot and turn on your burner to a simmer.

As the water heats up and steam is released, add the white chocolate chips, milk and stir until the chocolate is melted.

In a glass transfer white chocolate dip and serve it with the frozen coffee popsicles. Enjoy!
