
To create the marinade, combine and whisk all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, except the pork.
Once properly mixed, rub each pieces of meat with the marinade.
Placed the marinated meat into a bowl and sealed with a plastic. Set aside for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the Healthy Power Grill to 'sear' temperature setting until the 'HEATING' display turns off.
Turn the base plate tilt dial to flat and open the grill completely. Start grilling.
Tip: To achieve perfect grill marks, place the meat at 7 o’clock angle and partially cook for 3 minutes, then turn once and cook the other side for another 3 minutes before transferring it in the flat plate to cook through.
Serve with rice and favored side dish.
