
Prepare the mis en place by slicing the the banana and mangoes. Set aside 1/2 piece of sliced banana and mango for garnish.
Using the Breville Blender, combine sliced banana, mangoes, peanut butter, milk and process until well blended.
Transfer the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with sliced bananas, mangoes, oats and granola chunks. Serve and enjoy.
