Spice up spring time brunches with a classic cocktail combining fresh vegetables and piquant flavours.

 4 pieces tomatoes
 2 stalks of celery
 1 large bell pepper
 60 ml Vodka
 1 cup crushed ice
Substitution List
 Tomatoes - Radish, red pepper, watermelon
 Celery - Cucumber

Wash all the ingredients well using Homemade Fruit & Veggie Wash*.

Process tomatoes, celery and bell pepper using the Breville Juicer.

Stir in Vodka.

Scoop ice into 4 glasses, pour over tomato mixture and mix well to combine.

*Homemade Fruit & Veggie Wash: Combine 1 cup water, 1 cup white vinegar, 1 tbsp baking soda, 3-4 calamansi juice or 1 lemon in a bowl. Wait for 5-10 minutes before pouring in a spray bottle. Spray 3-5 times for every 1 liter of water in a basin or clean container. Soak fruits & veggies for 5-10 minutes. Rinse with running water.
