Extract 2 shots of espresso using the Breville espresso machine.
Steam the milk until smooth and frothy.
Transfer the espresso and steamed milk in to two cups. Add each cup with 1 tbsp of brown sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp chocolate and 1 tbsp of cherry syrup. Stir to combine.
Pour the whipped cream on top of the latté and garnish with chocolate shavings and fresh cherry. Serve.
