 300 g Marinated beef tapa
 1 tsp mince garlic
 200 g cheese
 2 stalks onion leeks
 1 pc red bell pepper, minced
 1 tbsp salt and pepper
 6 pcs. white bread
 ½ cup butter, melted

Fry tapa with minced garlic and oil. Add minced bell pepper.

Prepare your bread with Cheese and onion leeks. Line up the cooked tapa on the bread.

Brush bread with butter then place in Breville Jaffle Maker cook until green light signal appears.
