
Heat olive oil in a cooking pot. Saute minced onion, garlic, tomatoes until fragrant.
Add paprika powder, beef and tomato paste. Saute for 5 mins or until the beef browns.
Add soy sauce. Pour in tomato sauce, beef broth and worcestershire sauce and let it boil.
Add cubes potatoes, carrots, green,red bell peppers, liver spread, strawberry jam, green pitted olives and minced siling labuyo. Stir to distribute.
Set the Breville oven to slow cook “High” function and transfer the pot into the oven. Slow cook for 2.5 hours.
Once the beef is tender, transfer it into a plate and serve with hot rice. Enjoy!
