Baked Spinach Chips

This baked recipe is a guilt-free snack made with fresh spinach and is so easy to make!

 400 g Spinach
 3 tbsp Olive oil
 1 tsp Salt
 0.5 tsp Black Pepper Crushed
 1 tbsp basil, dried gorund
 1 tsp Chili Flakes

Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly, drain excess water using a salad spinner.

Place the spinach leaves in a bowl, gently toss in olive oil, dried ground basil, salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Mix it with hands until the leaves are coated.

Preheat Breville oven to 175 Deg C.

Lay spinach in a single row on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Use more than one baking sheet if you have them, or work in batches. (10-12 mins per batch)

Bake in preheated breville oven for 10 mins under 175 Deg C (if the spinach leaves are big extend the time to 12 mins). Serve!
