Baked Cheesy Courgettes Paired with Cucumber Lemonade

 350 g Courgette
 20 g Vegetable, Garlic Peeled
 118 ml All purpose Cream
 118 ml Dairy, Full Cream Milk
 150 g Cheese, Cream
 200 g Quickmelt Cheese
 100 g Cheese, Parmesan
 15 g Sea Salt
 5 g Spice, White Pepper

Preheat Breville Smart oven pro to 175 Deg C. in oven proof casserole brush oil at the bottom and into the sides.

Wash the courgettes and cut in slices or half-moon slices. Mince the garlic.

In a bowl, mix milk, cream, garlic, salt , pepper and cream cheese until well combined. Add the sliced courgettes into the mixture.

Put the mixture in the oiled casserole dish and bake uncovered for about 25 minutes.

When the zucchini is nearly cooked through, take the casserole dish out of the oven and sprinkle over the remaining 1/2 cup of grated quickmelt cheese and parmesan.

Put the dish back in the oven and bake 10 ins under 175 Deg C. Serve hot together with the chilled cucumber lemonade (see sub recipe).
