 2 pieces Apple
 1 cup Brown Sugar
 1 cup Water
 0.5 tsp Cinnamon Powder
 0.3 tsp Vanilla extract
 0.3 tsp cloves

Slice the apples into quarters and disregard the seeds.

In pot add water and brown sugar then mix. Then add cloves, cinnamon powder, vanilla extract and mix.

Add the sliced apples and make sure it’s totally submerged.

Simmer for 20 mins. Then pour the apple syrup into a cup filtering the whole apples and cloves. ( You can use the cooked apple for making jam or pie filling).

Using the Breville Barista Touch espresso machine, grind the coffee beans and froth the milk.

Pour 2 tbsp of apple syrup into a cup and extract 2 shots of espresso.

Pour in with steamed milk and enjoy!
