 6 pieces fim tofu (tokwa)
 Vegetable Oil
 2 pieces red onions, thinly sliced
For the marinade
 5 pieces calamansi (juiced)
 3 tbsp Soy sauce
 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
 1 tsp Black Pepper Crushed
 shredded onion leeks

To make the bistek marinade, in a bowl combine calamansi juice, soy sauce, oyste sauce, brow sugar and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

Slice the tofu into thin squares and marinade for 30 mins in the chiller.

After 30 mins of marination, lay flat the tofu and pat it dry with paper kitchen towels.

Pre-heat Breville oven to 190 Deg C.

While pre-heating the oven, bush vegetable oil into the tofu and place it into the air-fry basket.

Air-fry the tofu fo 20-25 mins (depending on the thickeness).

While air-frying, make the bistek sauce by sautéing red onion rings. When the onions ae already transluscent add the leftover marinade and cook fo another 2 mins on medium high heat until the sauce thickens.

Once the tofu is cooked, transfe it into a plate and generously drizzle the bistek sauce all over the tofu.

Garnish with thinly sliced leeks and best served with hot steamed rice. Enjoy!
